I spent 15+ years scaling operations that ran on other people's code. This year, during a sabbatical, I decided to see what it felt like to build the thing myself. Turns out, there's more overlap between dog walking and operational KPIs than you'd think.
I'm all about automating and streamlining activities of daily life to intentionally craft a life I love. Whenever possible, I make unpleasant things easier to do or simpler to manage. I started with a major headache in my house: managing & overseeing household chores.
